SPARTAN AQUATIC CLUB NOVEMBER UPDATES

• There is NO practice this week Friday or Saturday (10/29 or 10/30) due to High School Swim meet.

• Please check the team web-site www.spartanaquaticclub.com for the most up to date schedule

• There is practice on Tuesday, November 2^nd, even know there is no school for Novi.

• DRD Meet is Saturday & Sunday, November 6^th & 7^th – please note that if you are registered to swim at this meet the start time for both days (morning session): 

8:30am warm-up and 9:30 am meet starts.  Please be sure to arrive prior to 8:30am to check your swimmer in.

• SAC Home Meet – team entries have already exceeded last year’s entries, so we are planning for a fun filled packed weekend!!!  Please watch for e-mails in the coming days for volunteer sign-up and donations needed.  Your participation is required to make this event a success.

• SAC Meet entries – I have received many late entries for our home meet and I have taken them all – PLEASE keep in mind that you only have this luxury because it is our home meet.  Late entries will NOT be accepted for future meets this season.

If you still have not submitted an entry you must do so by:

Wednesday, November 3^rd at Noon – and as the meet fills up – there is no guarantee that you will get in to your events this late.

• Thanksgiving – No practice Wed, Thurs, Fri or Sat (November 24, 25, 26, 27) the school is closed for the holiday – “Happy Thanksgiving”

• The Winter Session begins November 29^th – Statements will be mailed to you no later than November 15^th and due by November 27^th.  Please pay you statement on time to insure your place on the team.  There is a lot of interest from new swimmers to try the team. 

• New swimmer try-outs/evaluations will be held on Tuesday, November 30^th at 6:00pm.  (There is very limited space in all groups)

• If you ordered apparel it is in (with the exception of swim caps).  Suzanne Cortez has it sorted and will have it available at the pool for pick up.
